Tired feet

Boy am I beat! My feet are aching, I have been walking for 3 days straight now, but no luck, very few Re Ment to be found. Tomorrow is a relaxing day for me, I did buy a rather beautiful ( in my opinion ) Momoko doll. She's so cute with her poodle bag.





I also bought so DIY miniature room box, I hope it come out just like how the shop made it. I now have to email some people to let them know that I am unsuccessful to find those old sets. I see that the new Rilakuma Rilex mart has arrived at the xlshop.com at Empire mall, but all of them are pre booked, mine is in the mail from HLJ, it should arrive next week, can't wait to show you guy!

Re Ment Sanrio Melody ouchi cafe

Well here's a new one, this is part of the Hello Kitty clan, no release date yet, I'll update once I get more info. It look's cute and I want to get one or two!
Re Ment is also re issuing the Hello Kitty cooking time which includes a cookbook.
I must confess, I'm not sure what that means, is it an actual cook book? And if so I guess it will be in Japanese.

I am currently in Kuala Lumpur doing my IVF, so am taking this opportunity to ferret out some old sets of Re Ment, so far no luck. Tomorrow I will be going to some shopping malls that was recommended, they have some Re Ment, not a lot mind you and also some Blythe dolls, wish me luck!

Busy Bee.....

Well I have embark on a medium scale project, to re group my earlier collections. I am happy that I manage to get in some blog time. When I first started collecting, I wasn't very organized and I bought individual boxes instead of sets ( I was a college student and did not have much funds lol ). So now I have this small bag with mixed sets inside. I wanted to get this organised as I had just joined a group on Flickr called Re Ment addict, and they have this monthly contest,
I wanted to join but my stuff was all over the place, hence my spring cleaning of them. Hoping to join these contest soon and set up new diorama. I am also going to get one or two Blythe doll, the one's in 8'.

Just manage to separate into Veggies, Meat, Baked items etc, next is to group them according to their original sets, I need to drop by the supermarket and get more ziplock bags....

My Play Room....

I know I'm a grown woman, but I can't help myself, yes I have a play room. It is actually a spare room which before we moved in, my husband agreed to let me have as a closet space and toy display room for myself, but later on that dratted man decided to place a bed in it! oh well. It is now filled with toys that I like and love :)
I love dolls, Lego's and miniature, and I love taking photo of them.

I used this Hello Kitty Display Cabinet that I bought in town to to display my Re Ment, top shelf is the Alice in Wonderland set, Middle is Hello Kitty Bakery and bottom is Minnie Mouse Bakery

Where are the Re Ment??...

Is it me or is Re Ment getting less adventures? I mean where are the beautiful and cute cakes and pastries? Household items or even adorable pets? Now a days it's all Disney, Hello Kitty or Rilakkuma. The last set I bought was the Minnie Mouse Sweet shop which came out in January! This May is "Rilakkuma Relax Mart" and next June is the "Kapibara-san Restaurant", but looking at it, it  does not look promising, I guess i'll just have to wait until it arrives in my local toy store and see whether it's worth buying.....



I am looking forward to the Rilakkuma Relax Mart coming out this 21 May 2012, I especially am interested in set number 3 and 4, but would like to get the whole set anyways.

I would really like to see more set's like "Special Cakes For Me", "Fairy Tale", "Bento Set" or "Luxury Sweets". What set are your favorite's?

Hoo Ho! Why is it that I like to start my blogs in the middle of the night lol! Any how, recently I have started selling of my spare Re Ment set on eBay, I was sad but I had to many ( I don't know why I had to buy 2-3 sets off the same type when it comes out ) afraid of being accused of becoming a toy hoarder, I sold them off, but in doing so, I got exposed to the wonderful world of Re Ment again.

 I have been collecting for years, 8 to be exact, over the years with work and daily life, the joy that I got from my collection dim from when I first started collecting, oh I'd still rush to the toy store when something new comes out, but when I reach home, i'd just place them in my toy cabinet, unopened. I still enjoy looking at my displays, but just too lazy to create new diorama/scene or new displays.

But in this wonderful month of May, i have been rejuvenated and re inspired, I am going to catalog my collection over the years on the web. Wish me luck!
